Our market is open to both floral professionals and the general public to shop. There is no entry fee to enter the market. However, depending on if you are a floral professional or a general retail customer, there are somethings we have put in place to help us operate the market efficiently as possible.

Floral Professionals

Wholesale Shopping

You must register your business online or bring a copy of your reseller’s permit to the market.

You’ll check in with market staff at the door and present:

  • A paper copy, or an electronic copy on your phone

Once your reseller’s permit has been verified and added to our records, you will receive your SnoCo FloCo Wholesale Shopper Card to show vendors at check-out to receive wholesale pricing and tax exempt status.

After your reseller’s permit is on file, you will not need to show it again at future markets.

Simply:

  1. Bring your Wholesale Shopper Card with you

  2. Show the card when checking out with vendors

Vendors may ask to see your card at checkout to confirm:

  • You qualify for wholesale pricing

  • Sales tax is not being charged on wholesale purchases

You will be greeted at the door by market staff. Please let them know you are a retail customer. If you have questions about the market, please ask! Our market staff will be more than happy to help you and explain how the market works.

Per Washington state law, floral sales to retail customers are subject to retail sales tax. Prices shown on the price sheet at the door do not include sales tax.

Wholesale floral market meets farmers market

Our flower market a hybrid of a wholesale floral market and a farmers market. Each vendor will be set up at a different table with their own product. When purchasing product from different vendors, you will check out with each vendor individually. Supporting small farms one transaction at a time!

  • Yes, we do. We send out our product list during the market season every Sunday and the first one of the season drops Sunday May 31st. You can sign-up to receive our weekly product list here.

  • Because we prioritize accessibility of local flowers, both floral professionals and retail customers are able to shop our market. We use a price list so all vendors charge the same fair and consistent prices. Wholesale customers with resale documentation use the wholesale prices, and retail customers use the retail prices. Prices do not change during market hours, which keeps shopping simple and transparent for everyone. However, per Washington state law, floral sales to retail customers are subject to retail sales tax unlike a wholesale customer.

  • No, we are open seasonally but many of our member farms grow outside our market season. Connect with them on our members page. Because we specialize in providing locally grown flowers, our market is open during the months in which our members are growing and cultivating flowers at their peak.

  • Unfortunately, we do not have a restroom available for public use. However, downtown Snohomish has public bathrooms are available. They are located one block down from the market on First St.
